Hours
For your convenience, I operate on an appointment only basis without a waiting room to ensure that you have a dedicated and personalized experience.  My hours of service vary but generally include morning and afternoon appointments Monday through Saturday.

I do not have a receptionist, therefore if I miss your call because I am in session, please leave a message and I will return your call and or email or text as promptly as I am able.

Appointment Policy
For your first appointment only, please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare yourself for your service and complete your personal information questionnaire.  Please inform me of any special needs, allergies, injuries or requests when making your appointment.
Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to authorize any service ordered.
I also provide appointment reminders for your convenience via emails or texts if you prefer.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment except for Weather condition exceptions 
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to receiving your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payment Methods
I accept all forms of payment including personal checks and all credit or debit cards.
