Esalen Massage :  World renowned Esalen massage has a unique philosophy, art and style.  From beginning to end, every movement is performed with presence and intention.  Esalen's characteristic slow, full-length sweeping strokes, create a state of awareness and energized relaxation in the recipient, integrating body, mind and spirit.  Deeper work, passive joint movements, gentle stretching and other techniques are some of the elements included in a typical session.  Esalen massage also incorporates energetic bodywork methods such as polarity and accupressure to assist the recipient in his/her own healing.

Warm Oil Infusion Scalp Massage  :  Stress relieving scalp treatment using a blend of therapeutic oils to soothe and rejuvenate.

Back Polish  :  Exfoliation and deep cleansing with botanical and marine extracts invigorate your back. An anointment with calming essential oils relaxes and de-stresses.

Neti Facial Massage  :  Aromatic steam inhalation combined with facial Marma (vital energy) point massage to relieve sinus congestion and facial pressure.

Ayurvedic Foot Massage :  Special massage movements with a Kansa Vataki wand are combined with Marma point massage to balance the subtle energies of the body, induce relaxation and revitalize tired feet and legs.
